How do I order?
Simple. Go to www.justeatnow.com and look for your favorite restaurant and place your order. Or you can call us at 508-370-7707 and we will be glad to assist you.
Can you fax me the restaurant menus?
Yes we can. Just call us and we'll gladly fax any of our menus to you. Or you can visit us online at www.justeatnow.com and print any menus that you want.
How much does it cost to have something delivered?
The delivery fee ranges betwenn $1.99 and $5.99. Depending on the distance and city from the restaurant and your address.
How do I pay?
We accept most of credit and debit cards and cash. We do not take checks.
What's the standard tip for drivers?
The drivers work for gratuities just like your restaurant wait staff. A 15% gratuity is standard. however, youmay tip as much as you would like. Orders over $75.00 will include an automatic tip.
Are driver gratuities mandatory?
Your driver's gratuities are up to your discretion. Drivers work hard for your satisfaction. they appreciate your generosity. *FYI: Drivers do get paid per delivery and on their gratuities.
How long does a delivery takes?
Our normal delivery time is betwenn 45 to 60 minutes, however certain situations such as traffic, restaurant preparation time and other factors may require extra time. Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
An hour for delivery! is my food hot?
We strive to provide you with the same quality service you receive if you were at the restaurant eating. Quality food generally takes 30 minutes to prepare,maybe longer. The Driver pick your food straight from the kitchen and and carry it in our insulated thermal bags.These bags are designed to keep food hot! Some items are harder to keep hot, but we do everything we can to deliver your food in a satisfactory condition!
What's the minimum to order?
All restaurants require a minimum of $10.00 before delivery fee and sales tax.
What about drinks?
We offer cold cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, And Redbull. Also, We offer bottle of water and Ice Tea.
Do you offer Catering?
Yes, we do! Actually, we specialize in drop-off catering! Please look for our catering menus. Most platters and trays require extra time, so please try to order the night before if possible.
Do you take Coupons?
We often send out email coupons. We also, sometimes, offer coupons by mail and through certain publications. Coupons are generally only good Monday through Thursday and we only allow one per order. We cannot accept coupons from the restaurants thet we deliver for!
What is you delivery are?
The delivery area is set up in zones devide by zip codes. We deliver now for Framingham, Natick, Sudbury and Wayland.
I want food delivered from a restaurant that isn't listed on your site! Can I do that?
No, we're sorry. But, we must have a contractual relationship with the restaurant that we deliver for. You can ask your favorite restaurant to give us a call.
